About this space

Dwell at Point is situated within walking distance from one of the best waves in the world, Jeffreys Bay Point and Supers. Our house is an open-plan style home with a pizza oven, braai/BBQ patio, private garden and roof terrace.

It’s great for one large family or two small families (not toddler-friendly) who want to enjoy a beach holiday and explore J-Bay, without compromising on luxuries such as Wifi, solar power (no load shedding), a pool table, rooms with fans, surfboard racks, TV and dedicated work areas.

The space

Open-plan living encourages togetherness, with private spaces available to enjoy solitude. There is an indoor fireplace for those cold winter nights.

Family friendly with a pool table, table tennis and pizza oven — although not toddler/child safe. Our 4-bedroom home has all shared beds, 2 with en-suites and 1 shared bathroom.

We’re not directly on the beachfront, but the view of the sea from our roof terrace is incredible. It’s a 100m walk to Point or Tubes surf break. Take an extra 5 minute walk and you’re at the famous Supertubes, rated the top right-hander wave in the world.

Guest access

Off-street driveway parking, although not gated. Shared entrance to the property, with access to the entire house areas.
